1.1 – 1.3 Project goals, Town design plans, norms / regulations

At the beginning, it must be checked whether all documents necessary for working through the manual are available. This includes the project goals defined by the client/project leader. The already existing building plans and outline plans from the government, the canton and the city. Furthermore, all standards, guidelines and other indicators to be considered in the preliminary project should also be compiled. The attached checklist supports this process.
