4.1 KPI dimension & goal definition

In a first step towards monitoring the SUI area, the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and their goals must be defined. The objectives defined in points 2.1 and 3.1 should be observed in particular. This allows the importance of certain KPIs to be better defined. Furthermore, energy labels usually give certain requirements to the monitoring, which must be fulfilled. The goals should roughly define why the respective KPIs were chosen and which requirements are associated with them.
