2.1 SUI area strategy

The SUI area strategy shall give a clear as possible description in a written and figure format what, how and in which content this project is set up. It is highly recommended to involve all relevant input stakeholders in order to summarize their expectations in a most condensed and precise way. As foundation of the energy design, it should contain a stable framework of the project.
