4.2 Monitoring & measurement strategy

The main objective of the monitoring and measurement concept is to define all measurement points required to implement the predefined KPIs. A measurement concept is then to be created from these measuring points. Nowadays, the obligatory electricity and water meters usually also offer the possibility of a digital evaluation of the data and can therefore be included in the measuring concept.
