3.1 Comfort level strategy

For a comfortable atmosphere within the SUI area, guidelines must be drawn up which assign the required comfort level for buildings and outdoor areas. Every characteristic that contributes to the well-being of the residents must be taken into account. The comfort level can be divided into sub-areas from building to building or within a building. This means, that the necessary requirements in every area can be planned and implemented.
